We specialize in the production of small, complex metal parts with tight dimensional tolerances. The parts we manufacture are used in every major industry — from electronics, aerospace and automotive to medicine, dentistry and more.

Size
We mainly specialize in the production of small parts and microcomponents.
The maximum diameter of the parts we can produce is 32 mm, but in practice the vast majority of our components are at most 12 mm in diameter. The lower dimensional limit is practically non-existent.
Shape
We are able to make almost any shape required by our customers.
In practice, we mainly produce small components with complex geometry. We can also precisely machine long, thin and slender parts with high accuracy.
Materials
Our specialty is definitely the processing of metals and their alloys.
Carbon steels, stainless steels and brass are the most common in our current production. However, the processing of superalloys, medical steels, titanium and other exotic materials is also not a problem for us.
Quantities
We specialize in mass production; the minimum batch is usually 1000pcs.
Before starting mass production, of course, we make any quantity of trial parts for customer for validation purposes. For particularly interesting projects, we also reduce the production minimum.
Quality
The highest quality of manufactured parts is the standard in our company.
Our experienced engineers work on CNC machines with micron precision; manufactured parts are inspected using advanced 3D microscopes. The whole is monitored by an integrated quality management system.
